A few new symbols needed?

Just a small request, but there are no symbols for some chess types.
There's a rook, a horse symbol that works for a knight, and a crown that is a bit whimsical, but works for a queen .. or even a king.

No real symbols for bishops or pawns. Our group has players who are trying the column and chalice symbols for a bishop, but it's just meh.

It would be nice to have a complete offering, including the pawn and bishop and maybe another crown, perhaps distinguishing a king's crown from a queen's.

Do you want actual stylized symbols akin to the horse head we have or would silhouettes of actual chess pieces be better for what you're asking?

 

Silhouettes would be pretty simple at the moment since I have an unreleased chess set for bases I could use to render out the graphics.

The only thing about silhouettes would be deciding how they should be partitioned for applying two colors to them. The lower set would be easy -- black is color 1,white is color 2 -- but the flat silhouettes could go a couple of ways -- border, gradient, etc.; on the whole, I think the lower set would look better, but the flat silhouettes with a border for color division would work just as well.

Personally, I'm in favor of the silhouettes. Color 1 would be the silhouette itself and color 2 would be a border so it doesn't just disappear into the costume when costume and detail colors are similar.

The silhouettes with the secondary color being a border as suggested by Rudra sounds reasonable.

 

Edit: You could also make secondary options to some of those by also including the 'hat' portion. IE> for the king, queen and bishop symbols, only from the first collar and up.
