Does this visually affect your character? Like, will it make me appear faded?

Is it just a buff without the visual effects?

Effects:

Grants Stealth for 120 seconds when used in an instant effect power. If used in a toggle, stealth will last 120 seconds after the toggle is turned off. Range of stealth is 389 feet in PvP, 35 feet in PvE

Yes it does. I switch to just hanging out in Hover/Evasive Maneuvers instead of having all 3 on if I ever wanna just sit there and look at my costume.
