Let TF members continue TF without leader

Just had a team where the leader dropped and the next person to get the star was someone who apparently either did not speak English or refused to pay attention to chat. 5 minutes of begging her to call the contact and trying to get her attention while she ran around and did nothing until we gave up. Would be a very good thing to let other members of the TF call the contact to get the next mission without having to wait for an unresponsive leader, so hours of work are not wasted.

I've never encountered that issue myself since I mainly just run TFs with people I know. So the thought never occurred to me.

 

This absolutely should be changed if it's something fixable.
