Temp Power Recipes

Temp Power Recipes seem to be in the game. I wonder if these will be added to loot tables (if they exist)? I really like temp powers and would like to see them around a bit more.

Temp power recipes are not in this flavor of CoH. They are in Rebirth, I know, but not here. Which is fine, because most of those temp powers are available at p2w and you don't have to rely on the RNG.
