How to link_info Critical Strikes: Recharge/+50% Critical Hit Chance Proc (Scrapper)

Neither link_info nor [ ] work for this one.  I presume it's related to the percent sign and/or slash being escape sequences in chat?  I have tried all variations on that I can think of but no success.

 

I wouldn't put it beyond being a misspelling, either, but I have been over it a dozen times.  Tried double quotes, too.

 

How would one format it so such works?

I assume there's no way to cure the actual display name to derive the link, unlike most other powers?

Those previous were its internal name and its internal full name.  The display name and display full name are

Boosts.Attuned Critical Strikes F.Rech/+50% Critical Hit Chance Proc (Scrapper)

 

Im not able to hop ingame right now to check if either work though.  They both have the special characters where the internal name does not.
