  1. Clockwork robots would be awesome! And I don't mean the crash test dummies from Praetoria. My first ever Lore pets were clockwork. Imagine my disgust finding out I had wasted all that raw material for crash test dummies.
  2. MMs shouldn't be gimped if they don't take pew pews. I always thought it novel to play as the support for your own little personal group. They attack, you support them. As I mentioned, if I wanted to attack myself, there's 18 other ATs, and 12,000 other games to do that in!
  3. Thugs is fine. If they plan on forcing me to take primary attacks, screw it. If I want to pew pew, I'll play every single other AT in this game, or every character in well over 12,000 other games out there! Leave forced (by way of gimp if you don't) pew pew out of MM!
  4. Mainly for demons, which I think are just too darned large. I suppose many MMs will be running around with ants if it slides too small though.
  5. I believe it's under the P2W vendor, who lets you toggle them on or off. Normally I turn off white and yellow, and only accept orange and purple. It does seem cheesy to eat the merits without giving you the actual recipe.
  6. Options -> Keymapping -> Other group, "release" should be capitalized
  7. Lowbie missions in King's Row seem to be Generation 2 missions, there is a lot more than just steamroll the place! Infiltrate, defeat some and the boss, everyone else flees, more cut scenes than usual, ravers, who then run away.
  8. The 5th Column was a little too close to Nazis, which is legally problematic in some countries where you want to do business.
  9. So while playing you get notification of event starts and stops. This is fine, but I find myself wanting to see if there's, say, a Rikti or Zombie invasion in progress when I log in. So, when logging in, automatically provide event channel notices of things in progress. Alternatively, or in addition, a slash command to retrieve events in progress. TY for your consideration!
  10. Just curious, how does it penalize Masterminds? They have to buy stealth from a pool like most other classes. We just had some wonderful ambushes yesterday in those curiously large and apparently useless tunnels connecting between underground trains, with endless streams of a dozen or more of those guys who throw a Pris(sy) fit when they die. Great fun.
  11. I disagree. This was a speed run, and largely orients around stealth speedsters TPing everyone to the boss, kill, move on to next mission. Sure, fix the issue with pets not obeying Null the Gull, but it is not an infraction. I have auto TP on and, with my many MMs, have never had problems in such missions. As MMs are "plow the road" types, I usually just pointlessly fight a path along with others awaiting TP. Sometimes it's even needed as the advance TP guy bites off more than he can chew. As for why have auto TP on, with all its exciting unexpectedness, well, as Bill Murry said in Ground Hog Day, "It's new. Anything new is good." 🤩
  12. I stuck this in Help & Support before realizing it should go here better. It's a minor issue but logging it.
  13. I keep a stored email to myself (@globalhandle) and "reply all" to it to send myself money. Saves on typing in the address and the possibility of making mistakes. Stuff shouldn't send to non-existent addresses, disappearing to the edge of the world where here there be dragons, but with deliberate misspellings of popular names, god only knows who got a mysterious present otherwise 🙂
  14. I've had a similar problem, but I traced it to the monitor and/or my legs being between the wireless keyboard and the little receiver dongle on the computer. But that happens no matter what the program, not just CoH. Still, I'd give that a whirl just to eliminate it.
  15. Disinterested programmer here, I ran some experiments with a min and max and mid height character. With the short characters, as you mouse-wheel zoom in to follow your character more closely, that text box moves up towards the top of the screen, though I could never reproduce it all the way at the top. However, for all characters it is completely gone on full or almost full zoom in. That seems like a feature of extreme zoom in, though, as it disappears with 7 footers, too, even though it never moves up as you zoom in. Maybe you are at the magic height and zoom in level to get that placement. This isn't to say there doesn't need to be a few tweeks to that algorithm 🙂
