Willpower/Dual Blades Advice

So I recently finished getting all my enhancements to complete this build

Playing with it though, I found that I can just loop the two combos I have and that One Thousand Cuts, while technically high damage, both has such a long animation time combined with just not having any point where I can fit it in my rotation easily

 

So I've been playing around with a new build, trying moving various stuff around to get just a little bit more durability since it's pretty clear damage is never gonna be my strong suit. Before I waste a respect though I figure it would be good to get some input

 

One note, there's an empty power slot and that's because while I'm leaning towards Fold Space, I'm not sure it's worth it at a 1min cooldown. The other two teleport powers are there for RP reasons. Also open to suggestions on Incarnates, Musculature is what I have at the moment, but I could be persuaded to work towards something else. Anyway, here's the current version of the build I've been playing around with

Looks like you are chasing Recharge and some Resist bonuses? 

 

I'd make room for an Impervious Skin: Status/Regen. That'd give you some more Regen, which is WP's forte. Might also look at into slotting 2 pieces of Numina's where you can. That's an extra 12% regen.  As your build stands now, with those Accolades you've clicked on, you're regenerating 86.11 HP/Sec with 1 mob in range of RttC. By bumping up your Max HP, and your regen %, you can get that to over 100 hp/sec with just 1 mob in range. 

Anyway, perhaps you could take SJ just to mule the Blessing of the Zephyr: KB Reduction? As of now, you only have 10 pts of protection. Personally, I like for my tanks to have a bit more.

 

 It probably won't help you, but I'm linking my WP/Staff here. Perhaps it might give you some ideas. If not, all good. If so, glad it did.

Thank you both for your thoughts, they both were really helpful. Certainly think this is an improvement over what I had before. Still not sure how it is, but it has way more regen than before
