Hello all, so my goal here is to use the recharge bonuses and such to see how fast I can turn out damage with respawning my powers as quick as possible.  Is this viable?  Pretty much a solo or easy on the tank side build.

A couple ideas to reduce the "Rule of Five" violations.
As well as the illegal slotting.
And this'll actually make you TOUGHER.
And if you don't want to main-tank, just turn off the Defense powers (they're essentially mules anyhow) and still sit at Stupid levels of Recharge.
Or you could push it SLIGHTLY with Agility or Spiritual and have a DEEPLY Perma-Hasten, instead of just sneaking in under the wire.

5x 5% is max. Anymore after that won't work

 

5x is max you can stack a same percentage.

 

Luck of the gambler defence set +Global recharge will help you if you slot them. You can only stack 5 though.

 

If you click View Active Sets in mids builder it will show any in red that have gone over cap.
