Having issues deleting old characters

II'm trying to delete old toons I haven't used in a while. I have way too many unused toons.  I go through typing the names to delete them. Sometimes I am successful at deleting them. Bit occasionally I would have a toon that simply doesn't get deleted. I'd go through two, three, even more times to delete a toon and it simply doesn't delete.  Any advice would be appreciated. Hmm...

Make sure you're typing the name EXACTLY when confirming the delete. Like, if you have, I dunno, Illusion man, make sure that it's actually an i and two Ls and not like, a lowercase L, an uppercase i, and a one, or any other tricky font choices you may have made to get the name if it had already been taken.
