Need help finishing a new exploration badge proposal

I've got part of an idea for an exploration badge in Kallisti Wharf, but I need help finishing out the lore text for it.

"Endangered"
Position: Within clear view of the sharks near the Smuggler's Sub

Text: "Ever since the James Bond movies of the 1970's popularized the idea, pools of sharks have been extremely popular additions to villainous lairs.  Coupled with overhunting, this led to a crash in shark population numbers..." [I'm not sure how to finish this.  Do some heroes and villains band together to counter this?  Does Lord Recluse declare shark pools verboten?  Is their future still uncertain?]

Just need to give the sharks some lasers on their heads and they can look out for themselves.
