Credit can still be earned below but the badges will not unlock until you reach Level 25. Trick or Treating It should once again be possible to Trick or Treat in Atlas Park. System Bugfixes Fixed 3 ancient server-side memory leaks that date back to retail but were not severe enough to be picked up in the initial cleanup sweep.
