Yes, next week the good citizens and despicable villains of Homecoming's first and finest server will have the chance to don their finest apparel and compete for awards totaling over 500 million influence, with many additional prizes also available to participants. Will you be looking more towards interesting original costumes or will things like "Johnny Bravo" and "Angelica Pickles" from cartoons be allowed? Nothing wrong with gimmicks, but for this event we're looking for costumes that "exalt the possibilities of the CoH character creator".
