Page 5 domi and mm sets are going sky high so a controller maybe cheaper. No purples no AT sets but i can't see it coming in under 100 mill. 50 mill. No way. Aiming for perma hasten and AM and Phantom Army. Maybe you could swap preventetive for 5 doctored wounds and toss the free slot in elswhere. Juts crapes 32.5% ranged but you could easily swap in mace/ice if you prefer s/l defence i'm sure. With some shuffled slots. Very end heavy, had to take ageless, perma mez protection and everything that matters. I prefer intuition radial for pet damage, debuffs and the range and slow it offers which helps out lingering rad. And still squeezes in just over 10 points kb which i find essential even on ranged toons.
