Add Romulus and Romulus Nictus swords to the Ninja Blade and Dual Blades sword list

The Romulus Nictus broadsword looks awesome (and I suppose the non-glowy version looks cool too). It'd be nice to be able to use it on Ninja Blade/Ninjutsu/Katana characters, as well as with Dual Blades.

Isn’t the Romulus Sword a double handed sword? Double handed swords aren’t vary Ninja.

Except it is available in the Broadsword set as a one-handed weapon. Though it would have to be scaled down for ninja sword and scaled down a LOT for Dual Blades.

The Ninja Blade animations are all two-handed. Also the Romulus swords are wielded currently in one-handed animations (Broad Sword).
