Do other powers carry over to forms?

So I've been playing a warshade for a while now and I notice that on this server Shadow Bolt and Ebon Eye carry over to Dwarf and Nova forms respectively. Are there other powers that also carry over into the alternate forms?

Just those two were added by the score team to help round out attack chains it seems. Clicked buffs carry over, as do inherent fitness and any incarnate powers but that's it.
