  1. I'd like to try playing a necromancy MM, but I can't decide on what secondary to take. I was going to take darkness, but I didn't realize that MM lose the rez and defense buff powers. Kinda kills it for me. I keep trying different stuff in mids, but I just can't seem to settle on anything. Any recommendations?
  2. I tried taking a crack at a mids bots/electric build, but I'm kinda struggling to give it decent defense though. Would also like to know if anyone has any good ideas for this set.
  3. Gotcha. Thanks for the help. Was thinking it might be worth using on a tier 1 pet power, but now I'm not so sure.
  4. How does the proc on force feedback work if it gets slotted into a minion power? Does it have a chance of boosting the minions recharge or does it work for the player?
  5. Huh... I could have sworn this was a feature from the official servers. Strange.
  6. So if I remember correctly there is a command you can type in that allows you to control which costume slot your decoys appear as. Yet I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know what it is?
  7. So just curious. You didn't put any accuracy enhancements in fold space. Do you have issues with the power mission a lot? Also why mix in so many different sets on ball lightning and electric fences rather than just filling them with a full set for the set bonuses?

  10. Thanks for the advice, but I have a question. Is it really better to slot inherent health with nothing but procs and no healing+ enhancements?
  11. I mean if they just put an alternative FX for stealth that would enable you to see your character and still have a visual cue you can use to see if the power is active. It doesn't even have to be a fancy FX. It could just be something like small clouds hovering around your feet. Edit: I mean even a minimal transparency option would be welcome. Where it still makes you transparent, but only to a very slight degree.
  12. I have a simple request regarding stealth powers in the game. Please make an option that removes the transparent effects from them. It works on some designs, but when using them on some characters I get discouraged from using them because "I" actually want to be able to see my character.

My melee, ranged, and aoe defenses are fine, but all the others are in the 18-30% range and I'm not sure how to improve them. Any advice would be appreciated.

  17. I'm trying to make a macro to allow myself to teleport to my base like the cosmic transport allows, but for some reason it doesn't seem to be working. I made a passcode and used the cosmic terminal macro as a base just swapping out the passcode and name. Is there another step I've missed?   18. Which lore pets are the best? I see a lot of people using the banished, but I've also heard that longbow is the best for strait up damage. What do you think the best lore pets are and why?

  20. I'm trying to install the game on my nephew's windows 10 laptop. Right now when I start the game it is saying that MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll are not found. I've tried reinstalling it and validating the files, but neither seems to help. Anyone know how to fix this?
  21. I'm liking electric affinity for the most part so far, however there is one thing I need to nit pick. Both Shock and Galvanic Sentinel provide the exact same debuffs. It sort of makes shock feel useless in you can have a pet running around providing the same debuff for you. I know they probably stack, but at the same time I'm not too impressed with either ability. -regen abilities are always useful when fighting AV's, but I just can't help feel like they shouldn't have the exact same functions. Here is an idea I had to replace/change the sentinel. Static Cling: This changes the Galvanic Sentinel from being a debuffing pet to a untargetable magnet. When the power is activated it flies to a target enemy or ally and begins pulling enemies in the area toward them. Enemies resistant to repel effects will also be resistant to this effect. The sentinel also produces a debuffing aura that slows enemy movement and recharge times.
  22. I was initially thinking mace mastery simply so I could get the blaster pet to keep the theme going, but also for the aoe immobilize. I know they already get access to to an aoe immobilize, but this way I can grab the immobilize as a step toward the pet power. I've also been considering the Leviathan mastery mainly for the Arctic breath power for all those debuffs. At the same time I've heard people say that Mu mastery is a really strong choice for reasons I can't remember atm. What's your recommendations?
  23. I had multiple lvl 50 characters back on the official servers so I have a general understanding of how enhancements work. However there are a few things I'm unclear on regarding the changes that homecoming has made. 1. When respecing the enhancement slots do not seem to be tied to the levels you would normally gain them. This enables you to place them in powers that you wouldn't have had earlier on. How does this effect you when you are exemplared down in level? 2. Have any changes come to how enhancement boosters or Enhancement Catalists work? 3. On the official servers when exemplared down you only gained set bonuses if your IO's were usable at the level you get exemplared to. Is this still true? 4. For enhancements like Numina's Convalescence that provide a buff for a set amount of time does this only effect the user or anyone that is affected by the power? For instance if I slot it into Healing Aura will it only affect the user or will it also effect everyone healed by the power?
