Katana/Willpower - Help!

I start this off by saying, I am really bad at making builds and, due to life, I don't have much time to theorycraft. Can anyone recommend a Katana/WP build for me? I am up to level 26 and loving it!

I'm going to bump this thread because I'm close to 50 and need a good build as well. With two kids and the way work has been lately, I just don't have time to build it on my own lol

This is the build I use and have used since live.  It is not 'pimped' out with purples or PVP sets, so that can do nothing but improve it.  I can regularly run anything I want from +4/x8 missions to S/L farms in AE.  I have never gone against an AV or done the pylon test with it but I really enjoy it.  It does take some time to get going as there are only 4 attacks.  Have fun!

 There is another. Capped to most defenses by popping a purple, nearly capped smashing and lethal resistance and a crap load of recharge. This isn't my build, just one I saw some time ago on a reddit post, and I adopted it. I'd give credit to the user but I unfortunately forgot their forum name.

 This is proving to be one finnicky build, seems to come up fine on my pine's, but goes ape crap when trying to export it.
