As a reward for completing several badges (and some defeats) you unlock his fun story arc - "The Conference of Evil" - where you pummel and gather major AVs before dealing with Nemesis & his goons. Its a nice arc to unlock and go through, but it shocked me that there is no badge for completing it. So my suggestion is to add one as an extra incentive to seek out and complete the arc.
