Communistpenguin Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 Im not sure which powers they would line up with 1:1 animation time wise, but I think it would be a pretty solid idea to use the firewhip animation from demon summoning as a fire blast alternate animation. I was thinking the first two blast powers would probably sync up fairly well? Also maybe go with the melee attacks from fire manipulation. 1
biostem Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 I don't have an issue with alternate animations per se, but with only 3 animations for whips, (4 if you count hell on earth), it'd be a tough call to shoehorn them into existing blast sets...
Communistpenguin Posted March 28, 2023 Author Posted March 28, 2023 Alot of the alternate animations are already shared across multiple powers. I don't see an issue letting player repeat animations if they want to.

I don't have an issue with providing the alternate animations, (as long as the times are correct), it's just that there aren't enough distinct whip animations to fill out an entire set, and some don't have a ranged component. Would you be happy if only like 1 or 2 attacks in a set had the appropriate characteristics to be set to use a whip animation?
