Major_Decoy Posted March 31, 2023 Share Posted March 31, 2023 Long Jack has a short mission arc culminating defeating Maestro. After you finish it, he introduces you to Tobias Hanson. As long as you finish it before level 25. If you hit level 25 in the process of finishing the arc, he has nothing more to say to you and will not introduce you to Tobias Hanson unless you go through the arc again in Ouroboros. Tobias Hanson is not available in the Search for Contact list unless you're introduced to him by Long Jack.
