On the offensive side, Ripper is probably the "best" place for the ATO.  But I'd consider putting it in DNA siphon for this build.

Yeah, using spine bust when it is only a single target seems bad.  I'm torn.  I just hate ripper animation.  Got rid of it on claws toon.  Want to do the same on this guy.  Claws is different of course and has a clear best place for ATO proc.
