Just getting into the symph set and I'm confused by this power its T6 but costs 15% of your end and is a "cone" / "sleep" also it's tooltip says moderate damage while mids says actual damage is 10 pts? Am i missing something? or is this a skippable power? Its easy to criticize a suggestion but can you suggest an alternative? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
KeiyraMule Posted May 19, 2023 Share Posted May 19, 2023 (edited) It's a good power for a controller for a couple of reasons: mostly the -damage debuff, and it can be multi procd for damage or some solid set bonuses.
