Fiery Embrace

I wondering where the damage boosts show for fiery embrace from the fiery aura set. I see a damage boost from my build up power but nothing when I click on fiery embrace. The description kinda makes it sound like it only boosts damage in pvp. Anyone got any knowledge on this as I am not a very smart person.

You see the last entry on that "19.7 points of fire damage" with the yellow flag? That's fiery embrace.
