Base style glitch.

Not sure if this is a new thing or old, but it turn out if you have Cel Shader options on...either Cel or outlines or a combo of both while attempting to change the style of your base it makes the game freeze.

Its an old thing.  Cel shading remains in experimental options so there probably isnt a fix coming any time soon.
