Energy Melee/Dark Armor Build?

Started running a nrg/da scrapper for all content. Having some fun leveling but I know ill run it into some endurance problems at higher levels. Id like to get Oppressive gloom and Cloak of Fear unless theres reason to not have both. Been looking for a build high and low to compare with what im thinking of building (id share but my mids wont let me upload). Any suggestions or tips would be much appreciated.

EM is actually pretty good with end IMO. This combo will be similar to end management like a rad/rad scrapper. I'd definitely toggle OG/CoF as need and only individually though.
