MadCrytter
I keep getting this error messages. I have tried reinstalling Mids, reinstalling Net, and running as administrator. I've also tried compatibility mode. Any advice would help.
Hyperstrike
1: The account you're running as (in Windows). Is it a local Windows account? Or is it a MICROSOFT (online) account? If it's the latter, create a LOCAL account. Then make it a system administrator. I don't care WHAT anyone promises you. They are NOT identical! And if you're running any sort of edge-case software? It can make a HUGE difference between a working machine and one that just tells you "NOPE!" when you try to do anything in admin space. 2: Try a "cleanup lambada". Back up all your build files. Then: Use something like Revo Uninstaller to rip Mids out. Let it run a deep scan registry cleanup. Eliminate the Loaded Camel subfolder from your AppData folder. Open Windows Explorer (file browser) and type in %appdata%. Nuke the Loaded Camel folder If there's any cruft left in C:\Program Files, C:\Program Files (x86) or C:\ProgramData 3: Reinstall Mids using a LOCAL user/admin account. Note: If this is the latest version of Mids (3.5.5 from the MidsReborn.com site) I make you exactly ZERO promises. You will probably have to bug the MR guys on their Discord server. Good luck...
