Can you SJ out of tar patch?

I read the description in pines and can't remember  PvP 12 yrs ago. So it has -fly and -run  but I do not see -jump. Can you jump out of it?

 

Also what are the best ways to escape tar patch?

I’m pretty sure you can’t jump out of it, but with the way slows have been nerfed, you can just super speed/move/sprint out of it.

LMAO! I originally put walk there actually lol, but didn’t want it confused with the walk toggle power
