Brain Storm Ideas (Worst salvage in the game)

Sorry, I'm going to be negative about this one, but I hate these salvages. I would see value in them if you can use them to pick the salvage you are crafting, like when using the AE tickets to buy salvage. But it is random, and when I get these things in a 10mil a pop Super pack, I really feel like I got robbed by the system.  :'(

well, the advantage is that you can use them to make ONLY rare salvage if you want, then you can sell them in the AH for big bucks.
