S00perSl00t Posted November 18, 2023 Posted November 18, 2023 (edited) Is it possible to set an item's height with a command? For example, if you were to click and highlight an item, could you then type something along the lines of: /setheight 900 to elevate it? Edited November 18, 2023 by S00perSl00t

To raise/lower an item, you just hold the shift key down while clicking on and moving the object until it is at the height you want. If you want to make sure a bunch of objects are at the same height, you can eyeball it - or float a surface up to the height you want, then place all the objects on that surface, and then delete the surface. Below is a great thread for most of the commands and functions you can do when building bases. You can also search the forums for posts by Dacy - she has lots of great tutorials and videos on how to do some incredible things.
Etched Posted November 21, 2023 Posted November 21, 2023 There are a few things that are in the Editor Helper that can help, such as the Surface Aligner and the Surface Tower. The Surface Aligner only goes up to 32FT But the Surface Tower goes all the way to the ceilin cap. Hope this helps to a speedy base build. @Etched
S00perSl00t Posted November 22, 2023 Author Posted November 22, 2023 Ah. That's too bad there's no command to enter. I was half-way into building a penthouse apartment for my character before I learned you could build above the grid. Thanks for the tips though guys!
