Targeting AOE Powers

On the face it looks fine...what happens if you just do it as a slash command

 

/powexec_location 0:50 Dark Servant

 

Tried it without the quotes and it works:

 

/macro DS powexec_location 0:50 Dark Servant

 

edit: here with the icon as well:

 

/macro_image DarkMiasma_DarkServant DS powexec_location 0:40 Dark Servant

As a grav controller, can I use powexec_location with Wormhole to launch enemies straight above me as high as possible? Is that the first part of the 0:00 coordinate specification? If so what number would equal directly overhead, if any?
