More mixing-matching between costume subcatagories (Spectrum Chest and Robotic Hands)

There's a set of costume-related problems that I can't imagine would be hard to change. Some of them are 'item not present in a list for no clear reason', such as 'Spectrum' being unavailable as a chest piece for jackets, but being an option for trenchcoats. There's also the 'robotic arm' items - it would be nice to have the 'robotic hand' glove options for jackets and other categories, and would expand the 'super hero with prosthetics' options dramatically.

A lot of the weird limitations make having a character with the prosthetic kind of abysmal in terms of customization.
