smnolimits43 Posted February 5 Share Posted February 5 So I saw a character named Miss Octopus, that looked alot like the bad woman from the animated disney movie the Little Mermaid. Which got me thinking. Finally I came up with the name Deep Spill. Basically, there was a Oil Spill in Independence Port, and my hero tried to save Lusca the Octopus. However, i am having a problem deciding on powers. I tried dark/dark scrapper, just not my cup of tea. Perhaps Dark/Dark Defender, or maybe Dark/Water. Dark powers would be my imitation of Oil.
