So i found one browsing around. It's called perchance.

https://perchance.org/ai-text-to-image-generator

Went to it and immediately saw the field box "Anti-Description (optional): Things you don't want in the image".  I've not even tested it yet and already this is looking promising in a way Bing A.I. does not.

https://dream.ai/create - Dall-E 2 (or at least used to be), not exactly great results but mileage may vary

https://creator.nightcafe.studio/studio - multiple AI models to pick from, but mainly Stable Diffusion and its derivatives.

https://www.bing.com/images/create/ - Dall-E 3, does much better on certain art styles than Stable Diffusion, also you get 15 shots a day (Dall-E 3 on Nightcage is EXPENSIVE in points)

That's because Dall-E does not support negative prompts. Stable Diffusion does, though. In my experience, Dall-E is much better at emulating specific art styles.

Best one available for free right now is called "Fooocus". Free and has not only a very intuitive interface, but ALL the bells and whistles. Install is also a breeze, although it takes a minute. Here's the GitHub link to it:     https://github.com/lllyasviel/Fooocus     I created some images of my CoH toons using the image-to-image function and some screenshots. This is Screamroller, my very first toon back on CoV live, now recreated on Excelsior.

I had a hard time finding pics generated by Fooocus (what a stupid name), and most of what showed up looked Chinese, so I couldn't tell what they were talking about. Can you post more examples?

Fooocus (Like InvokeAI... also a great program) uses the Stable Diffusion core, so the pictures will usually be labeled as Stable Diffusion generated rather than Fooocus. Here's a couple I generated as Illustrations to my favorite Sci-Fi novel, "Lord Of Light" by Roger Zelazny. Ratri, Goddess of Night and Yama Dharma, God of Death.
