ATO AT conversion

You can.  The drop-down menu under Out of Set Conversion should have an option to convert by Category:  Corruptor.

 

You have to select it every time, which is annoying.  But it would have saved you a lot of conversions.  Since there are only two ATO sets for every AT, you're guaranteed to get the other set with this type of conversion.

I tried that last night. I was surprised i didn't have the option as I was thinking it used to be present. Will check again, maybe I just had a really unfortunately timed bug.
