If my Bots build only have room for 1 four-slotted Rifle power

I would go Photon Grenade, the AoE. Just so the -regen debuff can apply to multiple targets at the same time. But if endurance is a factor, Pulse Rifle Blast.

Personally I tend to go Burst. Whenever you want -regen it tends to be for a tough single target; and Bots can power through hordes of underlings before you'd notice any benefit from it.

 

Photon Grenade deals decent enough DPA, but the Patron/Epic pool AoEs are better.

I'd recommend AoE, because just two slots of Annihilation set gets you a little more Endurance, plus more %-Resistance.

 

What else is in your build? I like having the attacks for -Regen, but also to grab aggro from spawns.
