This is back before they changed the level of when you get your powers (so back when T9s of primary and secondary were lvl 32 and lvl 38 respectively). You can take all the powers much earlier now. But slotting would be the same no matter when you choose the power. This is one of my favorite Brutes to play. Very sturdy and powerful, and lots of fun! Meowsie - Brute (Savage Melee).mbd
