Add Field Analysts to the map as Trainers

It took me awfully long recently to find the one I remembered was near Atlas City Hall so that I might change the difficulty setting.

You know you can alter it in the menu off the chat window, you don't have to find a field analyst.

Lore wise, it might almost make sense to move that functionality to the actual trainers directly (besides the whole chat bubble thing that already exists). It makes sense that you might go to the person training you if you want a greater or lesser challenge.
