Rad/Rad Brute Question

Okay, like many people, I used to play at launch and played for a year or two, but ended up leaving for other games.  About a month ago, I came back and tested the waters on various archtypes to see which I liked and what I didn't.  I've settled on my Brute.  He's a Rad/Rad build, but am needing guides on what the best powers & slots I should be getting with him to make him a solid (doesn't have to be the best of course) for both solo play as well as group play (primarily with an IRL friend of mine).  If someone can help me figure out what enhancements are must haves and how many of each with slot allotment for whatever powers will help me out, I'd appreciate it.

Otherwise getting Mids Reborn will help you visualize the power choices and how you slot them as far as damage/end/recharge/accuracy, etc.

Overall Rad Armor is one of the better armor sets in the game. Rad Melee is alright, but some attacks feel a little slow, but the set allows you to make decent use of -resistance procs should you choose to. Note that -res procs of the same type don't stack -resistance, but reset the debuff time.

I'm pretty lazy, i just wanna stand and watch stuff melt with minimal clicking. I might go something like this and just cycle through meltdown/unleash potential/demonic aura when things get rough.
