Welcome Message and Parsing

I've been working on a log parser of my own and one thing I have noted is that there is nothing in the initial login that tells us what server we're on.   I can do that within the Message of the Day for any Supergroup that I am in control of, but it's a bit kludgy.  (My other workaround is hitting /whereami on login, but that takes an action)

What I propose is changing the two Welcome messages available to

 

Welcome to City of Heroes, $servername Server, $charname!

Now entering the Rogue Isles, $servername Server, $charname!

 

And sidenote, Praetoria should have it's own welcome.

Dependent on faction.  Loyalists would probably have Enriche mentioned.
