Excelsior: Outstanding Pending Global Email Transactions...

Anyone else getting a 10+minute delay emailing to you global?

 

**UPDATE 9:47PM PST**

This seems to happen while emailing in a base.  When I zoned to Pocket D and tried again I got the Pending transactions popup and the pending transaction was sent.  I then had no issues when emailing while in Pocket D.

 

P.S. there is zone maintenance on Excel.  Maybe it's related?

 

**UPDATE 9:55PM PST**

Claiming attached items from email is unresponsive while in a (different) base.  Zoned to Pocket D and claimed attachments with no delay.

Weird.  Looks like your last post was about 7 hours ago.  Have you tried it today?

Yea, that happened just when I was about to log last night, but on Everlasting.   Just now, was able to claim my items (while in base) though did get the warning on the first item while still getting it.

 

I suspect the server maintenance was due to some internet shenagins, I got some unrelated time outs with some sites around then.

Just did.  Still happening as above.

Very strange.  Maybe try asking on the Homecoming Discord, as well?  Might be someone on there that could check into it for you.

It happened to me about an hour ago on Torchbearer.

 

I swapped toons and emailed another item then picked it up on a different toon and it worked just fine. Then I went back to the one that had the issue and attempted to email a different item and the first item that I hadn't seen in a while appeared in my email.

There was about 20-30 minutes from start to end.
