Final build FM/SD. Need more recharge. Need so much help.

Well, my first attempt at a build.  So far so good, minus the recharge.  I currently farm fine.  No issues with defense or regeneration.  What Im lacking is shield charge up every mob.  I could also use a faster recharge on my fire circle sword.  Im afraid if I start plopping in purple sets Im going to lose to much defense.  Any suggestions?  Feel free to redo the entire build, keeping in mind the sets I currently have.  Thanks!

At work so can't see the numbers but if money isn't an issue then you can get the ATos. One has recharge plus decent melee defense. Can also go with agility for more recharge and a little more defense as well instead of cardiac.  Although I would recommend spiritual as you get even more recharge and the +heal gives more HP to shield

Here's my take. To be honest I had to put my 'feel' to the build. By that I mean I tend not to do things like slot more than the default in my build up or travel powers. I did however have  'extra' slots so I threw in some Kismets, Regen tissue, Impervium Armor and Pounding Slug fest.

 

There are a few shortcomings that can be plugged with Alpha and Hybrid Incarnate powers later on.

i gave it a shot.  Seems like the changes were very unnoticeable.  I think at this point I need to give everything more thought so im able to have perma hasten and take less damage.  thanks! 

I'm ready to spend all sorts of influence to make this thing a brick house with some mega recharge.
