Some of the “take out 20 Carnies” missions can be accomplished with a radio mission, but there’s at least one that counts only Carnies on Peregrine Island who only spawn at night in a couple of places (most regularly fighting another group on the two cargo ships on the SE side).

 

 If you’re very quick you can typically get all 20 in a single “night” (i.e. ten minute window), but it’s a bit luck of the draw and requires you to make your hunt loop in a wide enough area that they’ll respawn in the main locales for them).

 

Completely seperate from the radio request, I would not mind a bit if they allowed the Carnies to spawn day or night in at least a few spots on Peregrine (like the cargo ships… unlike the other locations they’re in a fight with someone else there and it’s not like you can pick the time of day for another faction to jump you).
