Emote interruption blocking

Basically, I request toggle power that nullifies any ally buff placed on you (all sfxs,gfxs, and its effects) keeping you in same emote when stray speed boost power hits you,

It can't hurt to ask at least.

Doesn't the Homecoming introduced "walk" travel power do this?

No. It only disables your own powers. What i want to disable is opposite.

I don't remember which of the Stone Armor powers does this, but in the animation for Snowball, you crouch, mime scooping up some snow, then briefly tossing the snowball in your hand before throwing it, with one of the Stone powers active, the armor effect copies to the snowball, so it looks as if you have a rock inside the snowball.
