This badge requires 100 prisoner bosses. I'm having a difficult time trying to find a good source of those.

 

I've only found (1) spawn point in Brickstown where a prisoner boss will spawn. That's on the top of the Zig on the helipad. Some older sources claim that named lieutenants count toward this badge, but that is most definitely not true.

 

I've tried looking at blue and red flashbacks, trying to find missions that spawn prisoner bosses. But that seems a dead end as well.

 

So, other than the (3) prisoner bosses that spawn as part of the event in Brickstown, is there a better way of grinding defeats for this badge?

Hi.  This was brought up in another thread somewhere, and I posted a couple maps of Brix with the spawn points.  Here they are again below.

 

The first just shows the spawn points, with them above/on top of something, at normal ground level (even if it is lower), or being underground or under something.

 

The second map is the same, but it's overlayed to vidiotmaps so you can see where they are in relation to other points of interest, the tunnel underground, etc.

Oh man, this is a lifesaver.  I missed basically all those spawn points, despite flying around for several hours.

So, the biggest problem with these rascals is they all have different names, so using a target macro isn't helpful. But, if you pay attention to the npc chatter, the bosses will expose themselves if you pass by their area. Might not see them, but you can "hear" them and take a closer look. 


Oh, if you have an alt account or a friend to join you, they seem to have more spawn; like you might get 3-4 per pass solo, and maybe 5-7 if you have someone on your team. (or if there's some other team doing tips or whatever in the zone) So, anytime manticore is the weekly, anecdotally - that'd be the time to look. No concrete evidence, just anecdotal.
