Barrier Reef in Positron TF

Thought there was a patch to prevent Barrier Reef from being used at low levels, even a Defender cannot get Barrier Reef until level 22, should not see that being used in a Positron TF.

If you are referring to Positron part 1, then it doesn't matter. Our doppelgangers get full access to our primary and secondary sets regardless of level. If you find Barrier Reef upsetting, don't let MMs or Crab Spiders on your team for the TF or you'll have a really bad day.
