17 Attuned IO sets that have the wrong minimum level

Someone just brought up that Efficacy Adapter has two different minimum levels that they can be slotted if they are attuned. Apparently this is an old bug, with people reporting it way back in 2020. There was also a bug fix that changed Gaussian's Fire-Control and Performance Shifter. The funny thing is that while they changed the minimum levels, they gave them the wrong values still.

 

So, I went through the lists and found 16 17 different sets with the wrong minimum levels, that probably have all been reported at one point in time, but I am compiling them all here. 

 

Defense Debuff

Touch of Lady Grey :

(Def Debuff/Rec/End Red, Def Debuff/Rec, Defense Debuff) : attuned minimum level 7, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

(Def Debuff/End Red, Rec/End Red, Chance for Negative Energy Damage) : attuned minimum level 17, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

 

Undermined Defenses :

(Def Debuff, Def Debuff/Rec, Def Debuff/Rec/End Red) : attuned minimum level 7, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

(Def Debuff/End Red, Rec Red, Rec Red/End Red) : attuned minimum level 17, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

 

Endurance Reduction

Efficacy Adapter :

(End Mod, End Mod/Rec, End Mod/Rec/Acc) : attuned minimum level 7, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

(Rec/Acc, End Mod/Acc, End Mod/End Red) : attuned minimum level 17, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

 

Performance Shifter :

(All) : attuned minimum level 17, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

 

Knockback

Force Feedback :

(All) : attuned minimum level 17, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

 

Kinetic Crash :

(All) : attuned minimum level 17, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

 

Melee Damage

Focused Smite :

(All) : attuned minimum level 17, recipe minimum level 25, should be minimum level 22.

 

Pet Damage

Blood Mandate :

(All) : attuned minimum level 12, recipe minimum level 25, should be minimum level 22.

 

Sovereign Right :

(All) : attuned minimum level 12, recipe minimum level 25, should be minimum level 22.

Rope-a-dope :

(All) : attuned minimum level 7, recipe minimum level 20, should be minimum level 17.

Mocking Beratement :

(All) :attuned minimum level 17, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

To-Hit Debuff

Dampened Spirits :

(To-Hit Debuff, To-Hit Debuff/Rec, To-Hit Debuff/Rec/End Red) : attuned minimum level 7, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

(Rec/End Red, Rec, To-Hit Debuff/End Red) : attuned minimum level 17, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

 

Dark Watcher's Despair :

(To-Hit Debuff, To-Hit Debuff/Rec, To-Hit Debuff/Rec/End Red) : attuned minimum level 7, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

(Rec/End Red, Chance for Recharge Slow, To-hit/End Red) : attuned minimum level 17, recipe minimum level 21, should be minimum level 18.

So, first of all, deciding what level something should be sucks. Here are the rules I used:

• If it has "Superior" in its name or its boostset says its minimum level is 50, it's either a catalyzed ATO/WinterO or a purple, and it should only be slottable at 50. (None of these were wrong.)
• If it has "Attuned" in its name and the boostset says its minimum level is 0, it's a regular ATO/WinterO, and its minimum slot level is 10. I had to infer this one from convention. (None of these were wrong.)
• Otherwise, it should have a minimum slot level equal to its boostset's minimum level -3.

So, so many of these are wrong. Not only are whole sets wrong, some of them vary within the set like Gladiator's Net, but worse.

 

The vast majority of these let us slot them before we should be able to, so fixing this may be a nerf for some, though I bet very few people slot most of these sets at low level.

     Another bug for the pile; Great write-up.  I'd love to see a patch that just bugfixes a bunch of enhancements, covering well-documented bugs like the minimum levels and the ATO procs which still incorrectly grant a variable effect instead of the static effect they say they should, entirely because they lack the ignores purple patch "unaffected by enemy level" flag (such as Brute +Fury ATO proc).  Bugfix patch!

I know that one of the Homecoming developers that has since retired pushed for a page back in the Issue 26 days (2019 - 2020), that would be nothing but bug fixes and polish.  It's badly needed, but sadly never happened obviously.
