Limited Respec

It would be cool if there was a way to respec just a few powers on a character.

 

In particular I've got one that I'd love to change his travel power, but don't want to be bothered with the doing a full respec for that one change.

It would take a lot of recoding the devs don't have time for, even if it were possible which isn't a given considering how tangled to code is

Might want to do the BINGO stuff a bit quieter next time.  That old lady behind you had her hearing aid turned up to catch the next one, and, well, let's just say I'm glad she has a pacemaker.
