If you want more damage, you will have to slot more damage procs in your attacks and swap to Musculature, but that comes with sacrifices. More damage also could be obtained by swapping to Fire mastery and grabbing Char (1 acc/dam + 5% procs) or Psionic for the same with Dominate. The more recharge you slot in a power from enhancement values and Alpha slot, the worse the proc percentages. @Black Assassin - Torchbearer

First, thanks for response, second i would like to reiterate, that the first objective is to be the best possible healer and only then optimize damage when possible. There shouldn't be a sacrifice which would reduce my healing capabilities. Would you still recommend your advise then? 1

But then what you want is (in my opinion) like asking for 100% of something when in almost every situation 50-75% will be enough. This is how I see empathy in the current game: Your heals are secondary to your buffs. If everyone is buffed with Fortitude, they are less likely to need healing. Fortitude can be placed permanently other 7 members of your team if its recharge is about 16s or thereabouts. How I personally would leverage Emp/Rad is primarily focussing on getting fortitude on the main engagers/carries and leave the others to when you have time to buff them. Healing is only going to be needed whatever gets through and you have enough healing just from aura and heal other. Therefore, I would (personally) look to leverage Rad blast by building damage into the build and using procs to increase teamwide damage through extra -resistance (in atomic blast) Ad boost is 1s off perma, so that can just be left on whoever is the main carry (Scrapper/Blasters etc) I would then be only focussing my damage on the hardest targets, you have 3 heavy hitters with single target damage (Proton Volley, Cosmic Burst and Dominate) Neutrino/X-ray are there for muling HP bonuses, but can be used to fill attack chain where needed. S/L is resist capped and HP is capped with accolades. (You could go soul and pick up power boost, but you cannot powerboost + fortitude the entire team. So you could decide to just save that combo for the biggest advantage on the frontliners or those who getting the most aggro. You also then lose out on huge damage potential from dominate, so its up to you on which you value more) Reiterate - this is how I would play this combo as I feel a pure healer is unnecessary in this game. Empathy's biggest advantage is its buffs. No right or wrong way to play the game or build a character, just different ethos and different goals/playstyles. You can get rid of all the procs in your attacks because those are slots that can be used for more recharge or more useful bonuses like defense or slow resist. All that recharge and it all gets neutered when some slows land on you. If your game plan is to sit back and support then range defense can help you avoid getting hit. Hover by itself is pretty slow at lower levels, I would drop the entire leadership pool for fly and evasive Maneuvers and replace Maneuvers with Stealth so you can stack that with the stealth IO in sprint. You still get the same recharge bonuses, but you gain a bit of quality of life for combat movement and total invis. I'd also swap out teleport for combat teleport so you have a faster way to TP in and out of combat. Your build has ridiculous recharge, this revision has ridonculous recharge and a decent bit of range defense. legacy_mids_build(2).mbd Just make sure you proactively CM the squishies. Think about the times you get mezzed and how annoying that is. Nothing makes me sadder than to see a "healer" waste their potential by not using the ONE buff most well built builds without mez protection care about. The counterpoint is you aren't building for the 75% you are building for the 110+% required when it totally goes pear shaped. Agree you want Cosmic Burst, Proton Volley and Aim probably in about that order of 'want'. I used Air Superiority and Cosmic Burst to neuter and defeat boss pairs while soloing Cimeroran repeatable missions on the then max notoriety settings shortly after the zone went Live in i9 or so. I personally would be very reluctant to give up Leadership, specifically Tactics Clear Mind I like to slot with Range to get the one *cough* idiot who's always across the map it seems. And keep in mind when exemped low that some melee may not have access to their mez protection. I also will put an Endurance Reduction in the base slot of Resurrect. Recharge I find is a bit useless. Even in Nemu's build with 'ridonculous' recharge it's still just shy of 45 sec to recharge with the aid of Spiritual Core. I'd rather be sure I can cast it if an important ally is dropped mid-fight, when RA is on cooldown, vigilance is barely kicked in and I'm exemped below 45th. (Though 99.9% of the time it probably makes little difference what you slot in either Resurrect or Clear Mind, having them is the point.). Recovery Aura really doesn't need enhancing for Endmod. From midgame on up most characters tend to be able to manage their end consumption/recovery and the base +200% is generally more than enough to make every one okay at lower levels (and for those later build who still need the buff). I also tend to aim to have both Auras recharge in close to the same time (which all the builds above do) it keeps tracking when to use simpler. So you can if wanted save slots here by using 2 slots for recharge. In Fortitude I generally save slots here by using a pair of lvl 53 Membranes and a LotG 7.5% global rech. That said there are about a gazillion ways to effectively slot Fortitude. Note that Fortitude can take a Guassian's BU proc which when it fires will be on you though the chance is low do to the Membranes and Alpha choice (Mids pegs it at 17%). You can do similar with Regen Aura (2 slots recharge) but generally I'd be using a Heal set for the bonuses I like to have Hasten and Tactics by 20th. I want Hasten perma without Incarnates. Absorb Pain - for a long time I was in the camp of 'I don't take it' as may playstyle was generally a very aggressive 'offender'. But there's no doubt AP is useful for a huge burst of healing a character and the risk now that I have played around with it some, well it is overstated. Annoying but smallish risk compared to the benefit of rapidly getting a Tanker, in particular, back to near or at full health (which in turn stops even more incoming damage to the rest of the team as dead Tankers/ally's don't aggro anything). It's also a handy spot for another Heal set and the set bonuses that come with it. I prefer Air Superiority+Fly+Evasive Maneuvers rather than involving Hover. It is possible to slot all 3 of the resistance debuff procs in Radiation Blast. I'd definitely be looking to do so. Hope the input if late is helpful.
