There are more than 2 Ice Control powers that do damage tho. Chilblain, Block of Ice, Frostbite, Ice Slick, and Flash Freeze do damage. There are also a few hold IOs that do proc damage: Neuronic Shutdown, Ghost Widow's Embrace, Unbreakable Constraint, and Gladiator's Net.
Troo Posted March 16 Posted March 16 Holds are pretty easy to proc out if you so choose. I am guessing Ranged and Slow sets are also available to the powers you have.
