Second Chance At A First Impression

Totally stuck.  I am in the AE building and already clicked the glowie in here.  Now I have to "Access The Arena Matrix" - but the yellow arrow keeps taking me in a loop through the doors to AE.  What do I do next?

A couple of zones were notorious for having radio missions choose an AE building for its door location (Faultline in particular), but I thought that this had been fixed a few years ago.

 

What shard, and could you give the exact mission name, please?  "Access the Arena matrix" doesn't ring a bell.  There's a Matrix room in the PI and Port Oakes arenas, but there wouldn't be any mission for that.

 

Also, see if you can drop or auto-complete the mission, and pick up a new one in the worst case.

Click the main AE green portal on the second floor. 

 

Actually on second glance, it reads like you are in the mission. If that's the case, go outside the AE building on the map then go over to the Arena. Enter then go up the stairs towards the back.
